They should cut him some slack, he is very emotional and is definetly traumatized with the things he experienced in Iraq. He should totally be able to use his PTSD as an excuse. Although Eagle couldn\u2019t remember attempting to strangle a police during his DUI stop, I do believe that he should be held accountable for his actions. I think that he should be able to use PTSD as a defense, because he did have a traumatic event occur to him. Serving our country comes with a toll unfortunately that is our Soldiers suffering with PTSD.

\n2.Should he be held accountable for his actions? In a way yes, but then again no. Yes he has PTSD and that does affect his judgement. But that also doesn't allow these crimes to go unpunished just because you are a soldier. He should get punished somehow just not as bad. He should get help like treatment to help his condition rather than going to jail.

\n4.What do you think should be done for veterans with PTSD? More treatment centers should be available. Keeping our veterans quit with medication isn't the only option. Som veterans may drink while on medication.
