What if they read through all of your personal things such as mail. It invades your privacy and the privacy of your friends. I think that you shouldnt have to give up your password for a job. And literally violates your personal rights. Why should the company you work for need your facebook password? They should only care about what you do during work hours and how you represent yourself during those hours. What a person does out of work is their own business. No One Elses! I think it violates your right to privacy as a human being. What is on your facebook, what you do on facebook is totally your decisions no one elses.
