Dealing with the Al Qaeda terriost group is not only a concern for the United States but everywhere in the world. why? because this is dealing with national security everyone in the world deserves to feel "safe" and not have to worry about terriost attacks.
\n2.Should the President bring home all the troops? Yes, i think he should. over the time he has given the number of troops coming home should increase at a steady pace. Come the end of 2014 Every U.S. troop should be back in our country.
